This Skinny version of Baileys style Irish cream contains about 20% less calories than the real thing (around 260 per 100ml) and it tastes dreamy.

For the drink:

  • 284ml carton Double light cream (we used Elmlea)

  • 350ml your favourite Irish Whiskey
  • 15ml / 1 tbsp lighter chocolate sauce (we used Sweet Freedom Choc Shot)
  • 200ml cup of coffee, prepared with 1 teaspoon of coffee and cooled
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

Step 1:

Simply whiz up in a blender on a low speed and serve. Try to get your ingredients to the same temperature before blending to ensure they don’t separate.
