1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or placing an order with Mariella’s, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our company is:

We may update these Terms at any time. By placing an order, you accept the current version.

2. Website Use

All content on this site (text, images, logos, layouts and design) is owned by West London Bakeries Ltd.

You must not copy or reproduce content without written permission.

You agree not to upload harmful code or interfere with the site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

We may suspend or refuse accounts if misuse is suspected.

If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed online at any time.

Once processed, orders cannot be altered. If you need to change or cancel, contact us at least 48 hours before delivery.

You must provide the correct delivery address at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur a redelivery charge.

Submitting an order forms a binding contract with Mariella’s.

5. Ingredients, Nutrition and Allergens

Full ingredient and allergen information is provided online and on product packaging.

Although we follow strict processes, our products are made in shared facilities, so we cannot guarantee they are free from trace allergens.

Nutrition values are based on lab testing or supplier data; slight variations may occur.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched.

You are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

7. Delivery and Returns

We deliver via trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary due to stock levels, address accuracy, public holidays or courier delays outside our control.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Goods must be stored as instructed on the packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.

Once your order is in preparation, dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

A delay in enforcing rights does not waive them.
