Delivery Information

We want your order to arrive fresh and exactly when you want it. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about dispatch days, delivery days and how to choose your preferred date at checkout.

1. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily cut-off is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be prepared the next working day.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Days

Dispatch: Monday to Friday

Delivery: Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday delivery at no extra cost)

There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.

3. Delivery Cost

Delivery is free for orders over £40.

Orders under £40 incur a £4.99 delivery fee.

4. Choose Your Delivery Date

Nominated-day delivery is included as standard.

At checkout you’ll see a delivery calendar where you can choose:

  • your preferred delivery date
  • the earliest available date
  • any future date you need it for

We recommend choosing a delivery date one day before your event where possible.

5. Freshness and Packaging

All products are made fresh to order and securely packaged. We use:

  • insulated packaging when needed
  • chilled gel packs
  • compostable, recyclable or biodegradable materials where possible

Please store your treats in the fridge on arrival.

6. Delivery Areas

We deliver across mainland UK. The checkout will let you know if your postcode is not eligible.

7. Missed Deliveries and Address Errors

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or that safe alternatives are arranged with the courier.

We cannot refund or replace orders if:

  • the address entered was incorrect
  • the courier cannot deliver due to access issues
  • delivery was missed or refused

8. Courier Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, traffic or other issues are outside our control. If this happens, email us and we will do our best to help.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description of what happened

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Changing or Cancelling Your Delivery

To change your delivery date or address, email us at least 48 hours before dispatch. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
